Upon termination, you will remain responsible for any outstanding fees and obligations.

We may immediately terminate services if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to Terms

Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
